Favorite workout videos
Looking for some new/different workout dvds. I have tried many of JM videos. Looking for videos that do not take much time. I have a treadmill and a stationary bike. Looking for something more for toning up. What are some that you like and reccommend?

Reached my goal!!!

NSV my dress up pants are a size...
2!!! I needed to get some new dress up pants for my clinical and my size 6 pants have been really baggy so I decided to get some new pants. I tried on a 4 and still to bagggy! Never thought I would be buying a size 2 pant in my life =)

Finished 30DS!!!
After seeing everyone else results from the 30DS I decided to give it a try. I usually to just 1 day off a week and included a 30min workout around 4 times to go with it. The scale is not moving ><
I have been stuck around the same weight for a good month or so and have been staying close to my calorie goal, working out 4 times a week for a good 30 min at the gym (Running on the tread mill or elliptical) and am 11 days in to 30DS (which I know many do not loose weight from that)...I believe my goal is set at loosing…

I am in need of some more friends. A lot of mine are slowly fading away and I need that support! Two NSVs in one day!!!
This morning I got on the scale to see that I have reached into the 120s!!!! The second one was when i went to try on a pair of AE jeans that I got for Christmas two years ago and they fit once again!!

My first NSV!
When I first started going to the gym I was only able to run 2 miles. I could only run the whole 2 miles if I started running at 5.3 and ended up decreasing the speed about half way through my run. yesterday I ran at a speed of 5.7 for 2 1/2 miles!!!

I have been on MFP for a little over 40 days now and have lost around 4.5lbs.
