pateint/teaching ideas ( Need your help)!

HI everyone I am a nursing student and I need some ideas for a project that I am doing. The project consist of picking a topic that I teach to someone and then have them demonstrate back to me to show that they learned. Some of the topics that students have done in the past are things like putting on a condom correctly, using crutches, how to use an inhaler for asthma and so one..I was just wondering if I could get some more ideas!

Think about diabetic teaching and you will discover many tasks you can teach... how to test their blood sugar with a glucometer, how to draw up insulin, counting carbohydrates and reading food labels correctly( you would be surprised how many people are confused by food labels!) you could teach someone how to take their blood pressure properly and take their pulse.
