I for some reason can only eat small portions at a time so I struggle to eat the daily amount of calories Im supposed to let alone the extra ones, however today was a good day so I ate my exercise calories. :D I suggest eating at least half of them since they are meant to help you burn healthy calories

I'm joining in because that should also be the week I Officially finish the c25k program! I'm walking, doing yoga and doing c35k! Right now I weight 209 but hope to be at least 180ish by Christmas! I've already lost 10lbs last month so I'm hoping to do this again!!

Finished week 3 Day 1 today and the only thing hurting beside my toe that was coming un-numb from my toenail surgery this morning was my right knee. It got a little poofy and painful but it went away after going home and resting it. I finished the whole workout, GO ME but I cheated the last little bit and got a ride home…
