Carbs The fact that I don't like to cook If I tell myself no, then I want it more

I take Adderall for ADD, and that really helped at the beginning, but then it goes away as your body adjusts. So, short term, yes...long term...no. Plus it's a stimulant, so unless you need it like I do, it can have so not so nice side affects.

YEah, I don't think eating more protein is going to do anything bad to you. It's good for your muscles.

I'm going to have to agree with everyone here. I'm 5'5" and got to 125 and people started thinking I was sick.

You ar a beautiful woman! I know how you feel, being heavier than what you feel you should be is very depressing. I am working through the same problem. Hang in there and if you need someone to talk to just let me know. You can "friend" me if you want.

You will have those things. You seem to be a focused type of person. You may not have the granit countertops, but as long as you are with the person you love, and you are happy with yourself, all will be fine. Besides...you have quite a ways to go yet so don't fret. I'm getting ready for a birthday here soon and this is my…

Welcome! Good luck reaching your goal, and yes, there are a lot of great people here.

You can see your hip bones starting to show so yes, you can see the changes. I've read what women who are in the physique competitions do and they eat quite a bit of proteins and work out...a lot! I would LOVE to look as good as you do! Keep up the amazing work!

Congrats on reaching your half way point! You are looking good! Good luck on the rest of your journey and congrats to getting married!

Great job! Lookin good! And yes, running is very addicting. I know...I'm also a runner...well, sort of. I run 1-3 times a week around 4.25 each time out. My pace is very slow, but since I've been working out with a trainer 2x a week, that seems to be helping and I'm able to not take as many walking breaks and the hills are…

I'm going to have to agree with mrphil86. I do what I call my shuffle when I run and have a hard time getting myself to lengthen and gain speed, but since I've been working out with a personal trainger I've managed to shave 5 min. off my normal 4.25mile run. It was even easier to go up hills. Someday I'll be able to go as…

You have done an amazing job and should be so proud of yourself. It is a very long and hard journey to make...I know...I'm still on mine. Got to my goal weight about a year ago, and then depression set in. I got on meds for it, but all they did was cause me to gain about 60 lbs and feel horrible about myself. So I'm no…

I agree...make sure you make a big sign that says fresh squeezed and home made, healthy. Good luck to your little girl and her business!

Great job! Lookin good!

I was on a few different meds and they all caused me to gain wait and now I'm still stuggling to try to lose it. I work out with a trainer 2x a week, and run 1 to 3 times a week. Still not losing.
-
Wow! You've done an amazing job! Congrats!

Lookin good girl!

That's amazing you posted this because I took my mom out to eat and I tried to actually taste the food I was eating. But NOOooooo! I just wolfed it all down in what seemed like seconds flat. Hardly coming up to breath. So yeah....I too hope to some day slow down and enjoy the food I"m eating.

This was probably the funniest thred I've ever read!

Sending the friend request. I need all the motivation I can get...although sadly I'm not from Indiana.

Well I spoke with my trainer and she said to not weigh myself so much. LOL! She said that I'll have my ups and downs and to just keep going the way that I am. I wished I could relax about it. Sigh...I'm just going to have to.

Thank you everyone for your kind words and help. As far as water goes...I went from 2-3 glasses to 6-8. I've always had problems getting all my water in. I've taken to having the water bottle by me at all times to try to make sure I get my 8 in. I'm off to my trainer now, so I'll talk t her too about the water retention.…

Don't feel bad...and just because your husband eats what he wants and stays skinny does not mean he is healthy. He can have all kinds of problems even if he is thin. My one friends husband has all kinds of issues and he's a rail, but it's because he eats crap. So don't let that get you down.

I have not deleted anyone from here, but there are a few on FB that I'm thinking about. Just can't bring myself to do it.

I hate how bigger clothing isn't cute! Like really?!? I live in my work out clothing at this point because I can't find anything in my size that fits. So, I too am trying really hard to get back into my fun and cute clothing that I too used to wear. Feel free to add me as a friend. I have about 50 to lose at this point.…
