I don't have that issue, but a friend of mine did. She would wear an old normal bra that was supportive and then a sports bra over that. I know it has to be hot as heck in the summer, but that was the only way she could run. There HAS to be something out there....altough it probably cost to much...lol!

Congrats!!! I hate having my picture taken because I don't want to see how much weight I've put back on. It's like I can pretend it didn't happen. But pictures are the best thing.... You should be so proud of yourself.

Right now I think true love and happy ever after is a bunch of horse sh*%. But, then again, I'm currently going through a breakup after almost 6 years so my oppinion may not be the best. I hope that for you there is.

I have not eaten red meat now for going on two weeks. I was having some digestion problems and was trying to pinpoint what was causing it. So far no digestion problems, cravings are not too bad. Yet...lol! I have been trying to eat more fish and chicken for now.

If you can, go to a class, but I found a yoga site through stumbleupon called doyogawithme.com. Its all one word.

I put on the weight I had lost a year or so back. Just hang in there and really stay focused on your goal. I am a firm believer that the meds they give you sometimes are worse than the problems.
