I know how you feel. As long as I'm plump all is well. But then I get to where I should be and my mother starts insulting me. Making anorexic jokes! I'm like...really. 125lbs is normal for a 5'5" person. So yeah...not sure how to help you deal with it except to just ignore it all. That's what I "try" to do. Your husband…

I have more of a can't stop eating problem. I've never been able to restrict to the extream. As long as you are aware of it and just make sure you eat the calories you are supposed to and exercise you should be good. Plus talking to people about it helps too. Good luck!

Welcome! I am also a mother of two, although not married. There are many supportive people here to help you. Good luck!

Devorce is never easy...I myself have gone through one also. But some times it can be a light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Being abused is no good verbal or physical. I wish you luck and my prayers are with you. Keep focused on your goals.

Welcome to MFP! As long as you keep logging in here you should be able to stick to it. I know when I don't log in here I fall off the wagon so to speak. It's a long road that really never ends. It's something you have to do every day for the rest of your life. But having a place like this makes it so much easier. I'll add…

What finally helped was doing the 30 day shred and running. Mostly running. I keep going back to that because it's one of the only things I like to do. Most other stuff for me I can't stick with. Just try different things to see what you like. Good luck!

Welcome to MFP! I also have the late night munchies. The only thing I can say is to try to stay busy, and stay clear off the kitchen where the temptations are. Motivation? I also have a huge problem with that and have not found a solution. You would think the loss of weight would motivate but for me it doesn't. I hope you…

Weclome to MFP! I'm a mother of two also and for some reason it was after my second that I had a devel of a time getting rid of the weight. I got down to my goal weight only to gain a lot back. So I'm starting again. Good luck in reaching your goals! Your gonna love it here.

Thank you everyone! This is day 2 so if it's not cleared up after trying what you all have said, I'll be going to my dr.

It's hard, I know because I suffer from depression. I didn't do anything for about 8 months or so and now I'm struggling to get back into the swing of things. It's just something you have to take day by day and like missy1970eb said. Just getting outside for a walk helps. You may even find that you end up going to the gym…

You look so good! Congrats! I'm getting ready to take some pictures to help kick me in the butt to get motivated. Thanks for the inspiration!

I also have arthritis in my neck and lower back. I've had injections in my neck and they helped some. PT didn't help for me. Running somehow doesn't aggravate mine, but weights do. I do what I can and just listen to my body. The only thing that gets on my nerves is that it hinders my weight loss because I can only do so…

Congrats! I'm getting back into running also and it's going to be great to run an hour without stopping. Keep up the excellent work!

I agree with everyone else about the shoes. I went to a store that specialized in runners and wow! What a difference. Just keep up the stretching.

Welcome to MFP! I love it here! Lots of support and food ideas. I also like looking at peoples progress. I find that it's helping me keep on track. Add me as a friend if you like. Good luck!

She will kick your butt! I did the 30 day shred with co workers a year ago and I have to admit that I didn't do it every day. But, I noticed a huge difference by the end and my endurance was far better. Good luck! You'll be happy by the end.

I actually looked up how many calories it burned and then added it into my workout. The options that are there do not offer Zumba, but I think it should.

Hang in there. It can get frustrating at times. I'm having the same problem right now due to medication I went off of, but unfortunately the weight is hanging on. I agree with seobstar, kicking the workouts up a notch may help. Keep hydrated also. Good luck!

Welcome to MFP! Hope you find all the support and information that you are looking for!

You look great! If I lose weight I can always see it in my face first. And my feet or hands...odd isn't it.
-
You look wonderful! Congrats!

Welcome! Logging everything you eat is a huge eye opener...at least it was for me. I was eating thousands of calories every day! I lost a lot of weight when I started running, but I was still not eating healthy. But I have learned a lot from MFP and the people here. Feel free to add me also if you would like.

Welcome to MFP!

Welcome to MFP! My mini goal is to get to 140 also. You can add me as a friend if you would like. Good luck!

All I can say is just keep drinking lots of water and get as much exercise in as you can. Other than that...don't know if there really is anything to make the cravings go away. I actually have a stash of chocolate for just those times. LOL! Good luck and keep me posted with any ideas you get from other people.

Welcome to MFP! This is a great place for support and information.

Welcome to MFP! There is lots of support and motivation here. Have fun!

Congrats on the weight loss. You look great and full of confidence.

I had problems when I first started running with being sick after. I would eat something bland and make sure I drank a lot of water. Over time it eventually went away. From what I've read it's just your body's way of telling you the work out is too much for the lower calorie intake.

You look great! Congrats on the weight loss. Oh, and being a mom...did the extra around the middle go away? I'm worried mine won't.
