Going to see a band play tonight (so no TV time for me) but I will make it a point to stand the whole show (and shake my booty a little too!) :)

I am going to go through my DVD shelves and organize or purge. Then clean the living room carpets.

Continue to clean out my back bedroom. It was a storage dumping ground when I moved into my apartment last August. I've gone through about half of the boxes. My fiance moves in in 3 weeks and this is where the extra bed is going, so I'm under a time crunch! I will devote time tonight to work on it!

I will try to walk this evening. Hoping to get in a routine like this daily/weekly now that temperatures are rising.

Doing my best to walk around at work today. So far I've used the far bathroom twice, refilled my water twice by doing a loop around the cubicles, brought my cup the keureg and then went back to my desk for the k-cup, and washed my dishes in two batches instead of one. Not able to get outside and do a lap around the parking…

I'm in again this year! My work walking partner found a different job :( so I need more motivation to sit less.

I'm babysitting after work. If the weather cooperates we will not turn on the TV and instead go outside :)

My good things: I have good hair, a genuine smile, and a nice butt. :tongue: I should be better at reading labels, but it depresses me mostly. I'll do this with tonight's dinner.

I didn't do this one... spent the day finishing a library book and listening to the rain. It was an amazingly relaxing day. I will shift this challenge to another day this week. :)

Camping for memorial day weekend at a campsite with LOTS of trails. Also, a beach. Because, you know, balance :sunglasses:

Just counted: 54 messages... and I walked for 30 minutes at lunch, so I guess I'm caught up. I'm putting my phone away now lol

Haven't been able to come up with a new way to sit less at work (I already do so many), but I CANNOT do the alternative challenge. I would never sit down lol. Let's just say I am always texting away on my phone during working hours (and while home).

First date day! Walked around doing touristy things, museum walking, then grocery shopped and home to cook together. :) Very nice day, but didn't wear my fitbit, so no idea how many steps.

Spent the day working in the restaurant but then went home and super cleaned by entire apartment. Also had the most steps in one day since I last climbed a mountain: 19,700 (8.8 miles)

Went hiking with a friend. After driving so much yesterday this movement was very welcome. I was so glad that he went with me too, because in the past we enjoyed more sedentary activities (watching hockey games on tv, drinking at the bar, etc) and I'm worried about his health. He seems to be trying to live healthier too,…

Excited to try this! I spend about 10 minutes every morning checking my emails and app notifications while in bed, so I can easily fit this into my schedule.

Planning done! I am taking the day off from work on Friday and traveling upstate to see a friend. We are going hiking (not a very long hike probably). Then Saturday I work all day at a restaurant. Then Sunday I have a first date where we are going sightseeing nearby and to a museum. :) Lots of activity this weekend!

Chiropractor did his thing but my back is still feeling sore. Not gonna make my 10000 steps today; 7000 will have to be enough. Still got my one thing done!

Been focusing on getting up every hour today! Having some pain in my back, so it's a little more difficult to walk far today. Still going for a little walk in about an hour though- my chiropractor says that movement is better than no movement :)

My "one thing" was to take a one-mile walk at lunch. I have a little sticky note at my desk with the days crossed off. Didn't do well last week with all the rain, but 2 for 2 so far this week. :)

I'm doing many of these things already at work. My one thing for this boot camp is to walk a mile during lunch. Got that done today. Not too active yesterday... my mom came to visit from NC and we enjoyed catching up. I did move some things from her car up the stairs to my apartment, so more stairs than steps yesterday. :/
