sounds good! I know when Im at work I stay on my feet. When I get home I tend to workout 30-45 mins depending on what mood Im in. I would like to kick it up though. The points thing is a good idea. Good for motivation.

That would work for me. Im trying to watch my calories really close. Im not at a high fitness level. I have to work myself up since im just starting. Everyone is at different fitness levels.

all the people that say oh once you stop taking the pills you are going to gain it all back. No you wont! I can take my pills once or twice a week to once or twice a month. Then stop taking it for however long. I only take mine when i am extremely hungry or when i go out.

ive done it before and lost 100 lbs. Went from 280 to 180. Got off my lifestyle and started eating meat and gained up to 240 again. yes, Im getting married in Oct. I feel like I am way behind since I had a plan of what I wanted to lose by when. It hasnt happened for me so far. I guess I will have to try harder and push deeper to get to my target. I know we can do it, we just have to stay motivated and look at our goal.

ive tried to look up the song list. I found where it had pitbull, nicole from pcd and a few other people. I think those will be okay. This one should be better than the first.

i tried it for 3 days and said no thanks. Id rather not have to run to the bathroom at random moments. Horrible side effects. Only took for 3 days yet it took a week after i stopped taking it to get out of my system.

Thats what i do. I havent stopped eating my foods - just eat better with smaller sizes. I love my pizza, pasta, burgers and fries. All with ranch.

As long as you eat over 1200 cals you should be fine. Dont go under that. i dont normally eat my workout cals back - i havent been as hungry since i started working out. And ive been on this site going on 2 weeks. I started at 225 when i signed up and im at 220 now. It wont hinder your weightloss if you dont eat them back.

The extra cals are what you burned off when you worked out. You can eat those back. Some people do - i rarely ever eat back my workout cals.

I weigh daily. Most of the time multiple times a day. I weigh when I get up, after I workout, and before I go to bed. I know most people say you are not suppose to weigh but once a week. I just like to see what kind of progress I have made. Just know if you do weigh daily - dont be upset by the little gains.
