I've been in a deficit since November and still maintaining strength. It's only 300-500 deficit tops. But this has been enough to see what I want and maintain. I don't really do cardio. I was lifting 5 days a week and cut down recently to 3 and still maintaining. There have been a few times when I did more weight/reps lol.…

Well, yesterday my 2nd Quest bar went thru my intestines like a brick. I mean, I woke up almost five lbs lighter! That was 50% fiber at that point. But I can't be affording 2 Quest bars a day if that was the ticket. Of course that could all be a huge COINCIDENCE!

I got some of those. Quite a few actually. I def get used for my HAWT friends. In fact, I got some that AS SOON AS I add a new hot friend, they're on it like cucumber sauce on a pita. I def can relate to that "FEELS" of being used :sad:

A few months after starting over last March. I thought that was fast and due to muscle memory. Hiatus was due to having a baby. I chose not to work out during last trimester and was lazy afterwards up until the baby was 6mos. I haven't missed a workout since I started back up.
