Was reading about Magnesium today also. Just gotta do my research I guess....like with everything!!! I did think it was interesting how it was sooo bad after eating Chinese food. Last night I did not have any leg cramps!

Mom's = Mom is? That works out okay in the sentence then. You're just like me, I greatly care about spelling and grammar. Sometimes I think I should have been an editor for a living, or at the very least a language arts teacher....instead of a nurse!
