I am doing a plan that they offered called everything but dinner. I like the breakfasts, lunches and snacks but the dinners are eh..so I am doing dinner on my own and going to follow a "lean, green meal idea of no more than 6oz of chicken, fish or meat along with vegetables and a starch. It should work!
