Well done Matt and Denise, it's great to hear you're doing well. I have managed to lose my motivation somehow and need desperately to get it back. On a positive note I am managing to maintain my weightloss so at least I'm not heading upwards so that's a relief.

Current weight: 68.1kg Loss this week: .6kg Total challenge loss: 1.9kg (4.2 lbs) Not quite sure that Monday is a good weigh in day: it's always my heaviest day! Says a lot about my weekends.

My weight is 70kg and I'd really like to lose 5kg by the end of November: summer's coming very soon! Basically I plan to plan. I need to know what I'm eating for each meal and be prepared.
