  • hehehe nice! I love my Drs scales for that. I can go in and get weighed fully dressed and still be 2.5 kg lighter. Am thinking I might try and steal them next time i am there... hahaha.
  • Whilst I was never able to "loose weight" on this.. i did get FANTASTIC results with a tape measure. And it does break up the monotony (spelling??) as you can choose different things to do. It has a vast range of options and the kids will enjoy playing along beside you.

  • Keep at it!!! This happened to me on week 2 and 3 before getting going again. I think the body goes into a sort of shock.. but stick with it and it will all work out. Try not to get to caught up on the scales (yes I know how hard that is). I would recommend you take your measurements and focus more on that.

  • My weight goes up and down like my husbands pants do... hahaha. Ive been successful in the past at dropping huge amounts of weight.. only to gain it back.. and some. Why?? Because I get there and then (stupidily) forget that I cant go back to eat the same junk and doing no form of exercise and not expect to be right back…
