ive lost bout 25ish and I havnt dropped a size in jeans yet. BUT that being said.. i can wear a dress 2 sizes smaller than before. It seems to be that i loose from the hips and bum last. My old size 16s are much more comfy now and there is a little room in them so hopefully not too much more and i can go buy some more.

If i do say an hour, hour and half type clean per day I dont bother to log it.. like you said its just a life type activity. But on the days I do a massive clean out I will log it but (JMPO) i take the "cals burned" with a grain of salt. Personally I think they are far too high.. same goes with "gardening, general". I use Musashi P protein powder to get an instant and easy protein boost. I had a shake for lunch and it totalled 40 protein ( 310 cal, 40 pro, 5 fat and 25 carb). ETA you dont have to "meal replace" for it either. Often ill add a scoop with my milk for breakfast.

im up 5 pound (2.3kg) over 3 days. Dont actually think its a real gain tho as i did eat salty food and did drink alot. Praying that some of that 5 pounds comes off very soon. argh!!
