I have signed up for a 10k run that is actually on June 1st 2014! so obviously, my goal is to run 10k. Ive been training for a month now, and can run 5k so far. I just started to incorporate mostly raw and organic foods into my diet. Although i would love to do a complete transformation, I think it will take a while to switch completely. Let me know how it goes for you!
