I am heavier than I have ever been and I noticed that my hands start to fall asleep when I read on my ipod in bed because the circulation gets cut off at the elbow. How ridiculous is that?

Graduated in 1990 at 115 lbs. Now at 145 lbs. - had three kids - aiming for 130 lbs., a nice achievable goal! Was this height at 12 years old and only weighed 90 lbs. Yikes!
