When I have tuna in the house I usually biol up some pasta, (whichever is your favourite) then drain the tuna, stir it into the pasta add some fat free mayo and stir it all up. I also sometimes add some sweetcorn if i feel like it.

Sounds like you're doing great! Just remember, muscle weights more than plain old fat, so don't be disheartened by the scales. My friend went on a diet and did loads of work outs strength and cardio, they got toned and fitter than they had ever been, but for pouonds lost they didn't lose all that many, but they lost a load…
