When I have time (usually on Sundays), I love to take 2 eggs and 3 egg whites and chop up red pepper, spinach and onion and cook it all up in a frying pan. I usually have a thin slice of whole wheat toast and some fruit on the side. Keeps me full for hours.

Log what you've eaten, accept that it happened, forgive yourself, and start fresh. Try to make up for it a bit the next day....some extra workout time, more veggies and protein, no junk.

I went through this during my first round of weight-loss. I was eating about 1,400-1,500 calories per day and I would get sick once every 5 weeks. It was crazy. I found that when I started eating at maintenance calories I didn't get sick as often. It was very strange....
