I exercise to release stress, tension and built up anger. If I don't work out for a few days (like right now, majorly under the weather) I start to get antsy and short tempered...it's my release.

It takes some time to get the hang of it. This is your first week. It may take you a few days, a few weeks or a few months to fall into new healthy habbits. I still find it hard to always remain in my goals. I find pre-planning my days help!

usually around 200-250...I'm not really hungry in the morning so sometimes I just have an english muffin w/low sugar jam or a hard boiled egg on toast. I usually get hungry again around 10:30-11 and have my fruit and yogurt which keeps me going unti lunch.
