I'm in! Just need to weigh myself this morning and planning a load of exercise so hopefully will help. Recently got myself a fitbit so will be able to track steps etc, have to say finding seeing the stats every VERY incentivising :o)

I live in Britain where we do not have the dealth penalty, but I believe that in the circumstances where it can be proven that the person actually did commit the crime (notably murder, paedophilia, rape etc) that they should have the option to put them to death. I lost 28lbs in two months two years ago using a meal replacement diet plan which was fantastic at the time, but then totally lost it and started eating all the food which had caused the problems in the first place!
