Update on T25! Since I started the program back in February, I have completed Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. I have lost 22 lbs so far. It's been amazing. Getting ready to start on Monday. Going grocery shopping so I can try to follow the diet plan that is included.

I also have a Y membership but work out at home. Debating on cancelling it. I do videos from www.fitnessblender.com. I love them! Lost 3 lbs last week eating 1200 cal and working out with them online.

A lot of times I have 2 Eggo whole wheat waffles and a V8. It's only 170 cal. Usually holds me through to my 10am snack.

I'm 5'3" and around 170lbs. Way heavier that I've ever been in my life! Would love to get down to around 130lbs!
