Special k cracker chips... I even use them if I want nachos, chili, salads... They are great! Saves me!!

I use my crock pot at least twice a week..redbeans and sausage,, butterbeans,,, stews,, jambalayas... My favorite is vegetable soup.. Frozen bag of soup vegetables, add extra can if corn , tomatoe sauce,seasoning... Yummy!

Medium baked potatoe... Steam brocilli and cheese.. Pour it on top of potatoe..less than 300 calories and yummy!

i was always told that its good to have lots of protein and less carbs...when i do this.i see a weight loss in one week...and for cholestetol..if i have one egg with yolk i go over my cholesterol..i have problems with high cholesterol and my doctor says stay away from egg yolk...you may just have to not eat yolk..good news…

i dont know much about weight lifting,but your waist and tummy looks smaller..flatter..stronger
