This shows you how far removed from healthy food the US has strayed. I suggest you get over it, learn to cook and only visit the outside aisles in the supermarket.

It's fine. I have lost almost 12 kg in 6 weeks eating about 1000-1200 cal. I feel much better, I'm eating much healthier and I'm not tired or hungry. You are doing well, keep it up.

I've lost 7 kg (15lbs) in 25 days so it is easily possible. I am not starving myself, just eating 1200 of the 1500 I'm "allowed".
