Wow! great job..I just have a question. I am 5 ft 6 and about 257. I have been thinking about trying "Insanity" but I hate to fail. Is it okay for someone of my weight to start now or weight till I lose a little more. Please, I could use the advice..Thank you and God bless. You are truly and inspiration.

If you want to do only weights than what i would suggest is that you lift really light and do more reps. That is cardio in weights. Then you can lift a little heavier but not as many days and it will make you skinnier with tone.
