I am looking at getting the lap band myself. I am at my heaviest 327 with a BMI of 55. I joined this site to keep track of things better. I would like to get the band by summer.

I got a WII fit for Christmas, and I love it. It actually makes you work muscles you don't even know that you have. About 10 minutes at a time is what I have been able to do, but it will hopefully get easier. Go get it, have a little fun!!

It is not as bad as it sounds. I have never done this one before, but with the help of you all I will be successful. I have tried many "diets" before, and as usual they never work. I will work hard to stay on track, and if I fall off the wagon please help me get back on again. Look forward to hearing from you all soon.…
