I'm not really getting what I wanted out of the Body Revolution, so I just purchased Insanity. I'm excited to start that.

Are you taking measurements? I'm on week 2 of phase 2 and I have really only lost a total of 2lbs (I'm smaller though) but I've lost about 14inches around my body. Also look at the food you are eating and make sure you cut out processed foods. Try drinking a lot more water and maybe watch your sodium.

So I changed it from the 1lb which is "recommended" to the 1/2lb and it said 1350calories. How much do you think is best to eat back? That's where I get confused. I'm heard to eat back enought to make sure you're at least eating your BMR in order to not enter into starvation mode. Also I'm not exactly sure what my BMR is.…

I'm assuming that I need to eat more, but I don't know how much to increase my calories. I don't want to gain weight obviously. Also I don't think it's water weight because I do consume a larger amount of water a day, but then again I don't know.

It could be a hormonal change that resulted from a change in your thyroid medication, or something like PCOS. If your TOM has always been "regular" than I recommend calling the RN at your OB/GYN's office and asking her. She will have the best recommendations on how to handle the situation.

I emailed customer service yesterday about it and I got a response today. The email they sent me said that they received a supply of the original resistance cords and that the replacements will be shipped today and they should be delivered in the next 7 to 10 days. WooHoo!

I'm in a similar situation. I just started week 7 today. Basically throughout the 6 weeks I've only lost a total of 2lbs (I started at 117 and I'm back to 115). I was down to 113.5 and now I'm back up 1.5lbs this week. While the scale is not currently my friend I have lost about 18inches total. I'm getting stronger and my…

I don't usually eat back my calories burned, and I don't rely on MFP for it, I have a HRM. I've been really working towards my goals for 3 months and I've lost 11lbs. I do know that at my current weight it is a lot harder for me to lose the additional weight. I don't think it's my workouts, I switch them up every 2 weeks…
