Hi I'm a 37 yo SAHM of 1 DD I homeschool also. I want to lose at least 40 pounds. I am a chronic yo yoer. I hope to make some friends and hopefully help some folks too!

you can add essential oils to it to make it smell like lavender or tea tree oil or whatever you like ! I will post a pic of it soon it looks like "normal" white deodorant.. I also have noticed less sweating and my arm pits are super soft!

you could try a LIFEPROOF case they also make a armband that goes along with the case I have seen friends with these and it fits securely in the armband its weather proof and the arm band is fully adjustable...seemed really nice

Try putting some sweet green grapes in the freezer It makes them have a smooth texture like ice-cream! you could try making homemade fruit roll ups out of healthy fruit??? or just dehydrate some fruit until its chewy not crispy...
