i've got a milk chocolate egg from aldi but if the mini chocs in it are anything to go by im not missing out!! i'm disappointed as i usually like aldi's chocolate think i'll stick to my choccy bars!!

rooibos tea, coffee, soy milk, orange juice [limited as its sugary and expensive, id sooner eat an orange!!] no added sugar squash, sparkling water

ps as you can see there have been days where i have NOT followed my own advice!! wednesday was a case in point, terrible snacking!! lol!! when i can afford it im going to make my own vegan chocolate...mmmm

definitely agree re exercise, it needs to be regular, raise your heart rate and be part of your routine; and it most certainly helps with depression...swimming is my favourite, it exercises all the muscle groups and easier on your knees than running!! walking is one of the finest exercises too and cheapest!! healthy diet…

yes i am, its easier some days than others though! if i exercise it helps keep the weight off, just done two hours of strenuous gardening, now going for a swim, should blast a few calories off!!D: good luck all:)

occasional treats are essential or we would go stir crazy!! all things in moderation:)

carrots and other veggie 'snacks' should be fine or rice cakes, kallo are a good brand i sometimes have cashews/apricots, cranberries, just a handful i've had to wean myself off chocolate, very hard!! but necessary and only have it once a week, v v difficult but do able i am sure! i LOVE nakd bars, from natural balance…
