you should be eating min 1200 , and if you are exercising that much then you are prob eating too few cals.

stay within your calorie limits, work out at home or gym at least three days a week to begin with. I'm a full time mom and work fifty plus hours a week. Its doable.. believe in yourself... we do:)

Mine is loving and doesn't pressure me either way, which is not supportive. He compares to me only because he is trying to loose weight and he doesn't work out. I wish he would though because in inspires me to. I guess everyone has their way. I just try to make mine healthy. I am thankful for the support I get with mfp

Please.................. follow the advice others have given to go to Doctors. I am a Nurse and Paramedic. This is not normal. Though caffeine can cause , when you are working out you are taxing your heart and you need to find out what is causing it to feel over excitable.

I think we, as women always view our selves to be bigger than we are. But I too look in the mirror and pictures and dont like what I see in fact I wont let others take pictures of me often. but with that being said it is one of my main reasons for loosing weight. Make it be yours too

Breakfast is the most important fuel for your day. Try a protein drink instead or maybe oatmeal with berries or even a breafast bar. I eat small meals and snacks , something every couple hours

Michelob ultra is low in calories Also if you keep to a min. could maybe have a captain and diet coke. Wraps are low in cals to. I'm a huge sucker to fried pickles so I guess for me I would just have to work out more.lol

lmao I have nooo idea on these, hell I had to look up what 30DS was.. But what I know is Im certainly not to the point where I can handle Jillian. She rocks for sure. I have alot to loose, but before I get to her point I plan on training my heart to handle the high levels without having a heart attack.
