I got one, I also have a heart rate monitor... I use my fitbit everyday.. The only time I don't have it on me is when I'm exercising which I use my heart rate monitor because it is easier and more accurate. No frets, the loss will happen. I just came off a week with no loss. Eat the cals MFP generates for you. Eat healthy proteins veggies, maybe a multivitamin. drink water.....lots and eat back your exercise cals... It will happen.. Its a process... no quitters here Missy.. smiles and a kick in the butt to hang in there.

I would say possibly shock your system.Cut back on exercise for a week. For example, work out four days; and on the days you don't work out eat obviously lighter.

Heart rate monitor. FITBIT.. Great Hiking shoes , healthy snacks, water. Stretch before you go and after. Wear clothes that breathe. I love hiking.......Its amazing exercise..great for the mind and spirit
