  • 3,5, 8 and 10 lb hand weights is what I use and a good mat for the floor work. I have been bad and have not done any this week. I need to get back at it. I do not have much weight to lose, so I am stuck at 137 pounds and want to be at 130. It is taking forever.
  • I love all of Jillian's DVD's. Have done 30DS but now doing the Body Revolution and am just at the end of Phase 2 (end of second month). It is very difficult and almost afraid to start Phase 3. Stick with her - she is really good. She has lots of DVD's out there and I need to mix them up or I get bored.
