2 - Wisdom teeth when I was 16yrs old and reconstructive surgery when I was 19yrs old. Probably will need at least one or two more in my life, but I don't mind. :)

I have a big ol' octopus on my right thigh - I've had it for 2 years and I'm gonna add some wave-y black/grey shading background to it in early July. I also have two birds on the tops of my feet that are nearing 5 years old.

Well said! A healthy lifestyle definitely HAS to be a life change. That's the name of the game. The Advocare 24 Day Challenge is great because it can help kickstart that lifestyle, it is not something you will continually do every 24 days. Eating healthy, however, is something to stick to for life.

The Carrot Cake Cliff bar is definitely a favorite - but you have to be careful of all the sugar in them! They're made for athletes on the go... I think there are better options for an every day meal replacement bar.

I don't... My 24 hour fitness is pretty gnar in the dressing rooms and I live 10 minutes from home. I try to wash my face after every workout, but no shower at the gym for me.
