I'm 5'7.25" and I don't really have a goal weight, but I'm currently floating around 150-155. I'd like to drop my body fat down, but not too worried about my actual scale weight. It'd be nice if I could slowly get rid of 10 pounds and gain some more muscle, though!

I try my best, but sometimes if it's my cheat/refuel day, I just want to enjoy it rather than be 100% on my logging game. This is just me, personally, of course. :)

My username is a Type O Negative song. :)

You're looking fabulous! Love to hear and see stories like this. :) Keep it up, lady! x

Currently I work out 6 days a week, and rest on Sunday. It really depends on your fitness goals and current activity level, my dear! 5 times a week sounds great, already!

Cucumbers/lemon/whatever fruit you want is always a great additive. I've tried this new product, Mio, too, and it was all right! Tea is great, iced tea for the summer of course. It's best to try and adapt to plain ol' water, though, if you can. :)

Yummy! Spinach is so delicious, too! I love it more than kale, I think. :)

I like this outline for clean eating a lot :) Hope this helps - http://causefitness.com/diy-mealplan/

This, exactly! Don't punish yourself by starving your body.. Your body needs those calories regardless of what you did last night.

I use mine quite a lot! Follow me: soopafeen :)

I see people do this at my gym as well, and it pains me... I do sprints at 12 incline, pretty sure you won't fall off! Holding on makes it easier, so let go of those handles. :)

I live in Bellevue, but stay in Seattle 1/3 of the time! Ha! Feel free to add me. :)

Here! I'll friend ya. I love lifting heavy things, and am working to gett stronger and leaner!

Reverse crunches! They're one of my favorites and super fun!

You love cucumber, and so do I. :)

I'm down 17lbs so far, and have about 13 to go. Feel free to add me to keep up with progress, if you'd like. :)

I love playing with kettlebells, they are too much fun! One of my favorite objects to incorporate into my workouts. http://www.myomytv.com/ (great free kettlebell workout videos)

I believe it's the Ta Ta Tamer II :) Not sure they come in either of those sizes, though I do believe they go up to DD!

For me, I think it's eating. I love being active & exercising, but I struggle with binge eating especially late at night.
-
Lululemon Ta Ta Tamer!! The only bra I can wear that supports me enough for any activity... I'm a busty 34D for reference.

Either strength training/weight lifting or circuit training, depending on the WOD. :)

For the egg and cholesterol thing - Using more egg whites rather than the whole egg with yolk. Eggs are great! On the carb situation- Try eating 1 piece of bread rather than 2, and definitely cut back on the cereal at night. Your diary seems really low on protein, and rather high on carbs (as you had stated). You might…

This is super rad!! I've recently just upped my daily intake from 1200cal/day (sometimes even lower) to AT LEAST 1500cal/day. Hoping to see success as well. :)

Stay away from the weight machines, if at all possible! The only "machine" I use occasionally would be the leg press.. Free weights are the way to go when lifting. There's tons of variety besides the standard barbell. Try kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls... Even bodyweight!

I love almonds + dried cranberries, or whole wheat toast with avocado + salt&pepper! Also, I've been on a green smoothie kick lately :) Basically whatever fruits I have, unsweetened vanilla almond milk and lots of spinach/kale!
-
Water, water, water! Make sure not to punish yourself for your binge by not eating enough calories, etc. Make a healthy green smoothie, eat lots of lean protein, and hydrate.
