  • awww hun thats proper harsh, but I bet as the others have said to me that if you measured you'd see a huge difference too as deflated as I was I WONT BE BEATEN!!!! haha :) keep going chick, what other option do we have?? I sure don't like the second, thats why I'm here in the first place xx

  • Thank you, I know he was crazy but just wanted to check I do tend to have a rest day the next day if I do two hour long classes back to back and atm, I feel fine, so I'm ok with it.... thanks for all your words girls, VERY much appreciated :D xx

  • me nether hun, but I am trying everything its kinda a new moto of mine, if I wanna do it I am going to, since I became a single mum, iv'e kinda stepped out of being a wall flower for 12 years and am doing lots of new things, its a really good way to build confidence :)

  • I just did my first aqua Zumba class yesterday and loved it, I am going to a zumba and another aqua zumba at another gym monday to see which of both I like I loved it soo far :)
