If we're talking about who I think we are, she's still on mine, too. I posted on her wall just a few weeks ago.

Oh, the soft squishiness sweet flavor, tart on the tongue Gummy Bear

all that plus... Have someone (who is qualified to) take a look at your stride. I caused myself some injury because of bad form. Heel strike = bad for shins, knees Fore/Mid Foot strike = good (but your calves will hate you until they get properly strengthened)

The best compliment I ever received was, "You're just so capable."

I prefer them a little smaller. The big ones are hard to balance on top of.

This is from a guy named Michael Pollan: Don't eat anything your great grandmother wouldn't recognize as food. "When you pick up that box of portable yogurt tubes, or eat something with 15 ingredients you can't pronounce, ask yourself, "What are those things doing there?" Pollan says. Don’t eat anything with more than five…

Do you have a set schedule? If not, make one. If you do, maybe it's time to mix it up. Add a new activity. How about signing up/planning for an even that you couldn't do in your current shape - maybe 6 months out. Things like: -half marathon in Cancun -Sprint Triathlon -A trip to Colorado to climb 5 14er's in 5 days -Slot…

When you make the jello "a little thick" so you can eat it with your hands instead of a spoon. This recipe makes it a little more that twice that thick - it's damn near solid

Hot dogs are bad for you? I suppose next you're going to tell me that cigarettes and heavy drinking are too?

Pop Tarts = Frosted Cardboard (can somebody make a smiley that is gagging?)

I looked at sugar free gummy bears today - 6 bears = 50 calories. That's about the same as the regular ones. ??

Terraillon don't know the model number - it doesn't list one, but I've had it for probably 8 years, maybe 10. It's a short of short disc shape. It takes 4 AA batteries and I only have to change them about every two years. It holds up to about 4.5 lbs. I have just about destroyed it and when it finally kicks the bucket I…

and I don't mean to point out the obvious.... What was her intake to get that rockin' bod?

Nothing, Sunny, nothing. You are listening to your body and not the statistical norms spouted by others.

I'm 5'8, male, 43 years old. I'm somewhat athletic in that I work out 60 minutes or more 3-4 times a week, at least one of those workouts is around 2 hours. I also strength train 3 times a week. I eat very only a limited amount of dairy products - yogurt mostly, sometimes a little milk. I eat red meat only once a week;…

You need to do both actually. Add some drill work to your workout - that's when you do things like fingertip drag, high-elbow recovery, 6-beat kick, etc. http://www.mvm.org/workouts-drills.php Your pull should start at the tip of your outstretched hand and end at your hip. Pull deep. Try to run your hand in a straight line…

Stay away from warm pools. Heating system went haywire when I was in high school. We were swimming in 90 degree water. I've never puked that much in my life. Anything over 83 is too hot. 72 is about perfect for me. Cold when you get in; refreshing when you get out. I'll swim open water down to about 65 before I break out…

Absolutely - running on the treadmill is torture. Running to get somewhere or see new stuff or just be in nature - that's the good stuff. iPod Shuffle is a must for me. I like to map out new courses using Google Maps.

I have been a swimmer since I joined swim team in high school. I was never a great swimmer, but I am a good swimmer. I would have to say that swimming is like anything else. You get out what you put in. Walking & running are related the same way swimming leisurely and swimming intensively are. Most people can walk without…

I accept any request - even the ones without a message. I'm just here to be here. If I find inspiration from you, great. If you find inspiration from me, great. If neither of us get anything out of it, that's OK with me, too.

All you have to do is ask!

The fact of the matter...
