I usually don't because usually within the next week it will come off, even when I lose I wait for couple days before I record it.

It is possible because that is what I did in the beginning and now I get on the elipitcal but didn't in the beginning so for me it was possible. Usually after you lose some weight you will want to do more but in the beginning walking was about all I could do and had to work my way up on that. Good Luck!

just keep on doing what you are doing and the scales will eventually start moving down. If you are losing inches that's what counts. Same thing was happening with me in the beginning but I kept at it and the lbs are finally coming off. And you don't have to join Weight Watchers to lose weight, nothing is wrong with joining…

Don't consider myself success yet but I'm getting there, I have been using MFP since first of January and have lost 59 lbs (I have 11 lbs to get to goal but going to change goal so need to lose 30 more). It has definitely helped me change the way eat and I'm exercising. Diets just didn't work for me. You will definitely…

I drink more diet coke on the weekend and after this past long weekend I've decided I'm going to try to kick the soda habit too because now I don't like the feeling I get when I drink more than one a day and some days don't even drink one. Glad I saw this post a reminder to me to Kick the soda habit too. Good Luck!

My motivation was a coworker was losing weight and I asked her how she was doing it and all she did was eat half of what she usually does, said it was hard first few weeks and she was right but it got better. I realized diets didn't work for me but eating right and exercising is what really works or has for me. YOU can do…

Hi, I'm 5'2" and want to lose at least 30 more lbs, and probably more when I get to that weight. MFP has been the best thing for me with helping me keep up with what I eat and exercise. First time in life have actually lost this much weight, but decided in January this was year for me to eat healthy (not diet) and…

Yep, same here. I try to dance off my alcohol that I drink. And usually spend weekend with daughter and her family so eat more. I hate weighing on Mondays but does help me to get mind back on watching what I eat and exercising. Usually the weight will start to drop again by Wednesday so as long as that continues to happen…
