Just to "weigh in", I met and married my very in shape husband when I was 250 lbs, and he has always loved me and found me to be beautiful because he loves who I am as a person. Our goal together is to get/stay in shape and eat healthy because we want to live a long and happy life together.

100 lbs is not a mini goal, that's HUGE! Great job at sticking with it. We all have our discouraged or blah days, but please be encouraged that you're amazing and beautiful and strong, and you're proving to yourself and to all of us that you/we can DO this!

try the hot5 app if you have an iphone (not sure if they have android option). It's a 5 minute workout. You can start with a couple easy options you can do at home or at a gym, and as you improve you can use the medium or hard options. I tried the easy one and had to pause it a couple times, but it went by pretty quickly…
