I have a full length mirror in my bedroom. One wall in my bathroom is all mirror and another half wall is also all mirror. I totally believe it helps in the battle to keep weight off. You can't escape what you see!

I weigh myself when I feel good or feel that I'm down. Sometimes that could be twice a week; sometimes twice a month. Even if I watch everything I eat all the time I may not consistently lose weight. Almond milk. There's an unsweetened one with only 30 calories per 250 ml. I've tried soy milk but the texture of almond is better (I think). I've never tried rice milk.

Not a stupid question. I'm experiencing the same. I had a C-Section and then lost 70+ pounds so I'm not sure what's going on with my abdomen region.

I have a 20 lb vest and go through spells of using it. I've used it when running on the treadmill and outside. Works well if you are going up and down stairs or hiking, especially hills or switchbacks. It has helped me increase my running speed. I don't use it when lifting weights, doing burpees, etc. Worried about how it…

Great advice! I learned this years ago with turkey of all things. Had always convinced myself it's the same as chicken but as I payed attention to my taste buds I realized, hey, it's not and I don't like it.

When I was a kid I fell and partially knocked out my front tooth. It was put back in but the nerve died. I had a root canal but left the original tooth and it did slowly darken. Years later I had it replaced with a crown. Much better decision.

There is a difference. One thing I learned after losing over 70 lbs was that your basic body shape doesn't change. If you carry weight in your hips, for instance, you will still carry it there whether you're 20 lbs overweight or 50 lbs overweight.
