  • Some good DVDs after the shred are Ripped in 30, No More Trouble Zones and Killer Buns and Thighs. I have done most of her dvds and they are awesome! Not uch of a fan of the 30 day shred anymore, i think that the other ones are much tougher than the shred but thats just me!

  • I also have bad knees and I have done this workout a few times, just dont go into a full 90degree angle at the knee during lunges and you should be okay! It really is a great workout!
  • I think thats a great idea! I have pictures all over my house of me before losing weight to motivate me to work as hard as I can. Keeping little notes and pictures around you at all times can really help out by reminding you of why you are doing this!
  • I can run walk skip and jump in heels! The bigger the better for me, I am 5'2" and have been wearing heels since I was about 16 so I am now a pro at walking in them. I'd go with something that has ankle support if your just starting out with them and progress from there.

  • I love this DVD as well!! I have had it for awhile but just recently got into doing it every day for a while to see some improvement. Been doing it for 2 weeks now and just upped my weights from 3lbs to 5lbs last night, my arms kill today!

  • I get shock absorber sports bras from Victoria's Secret, they arent too expensive and they explain on the tag what they are for. They have them made for people doing low impact yoga or pilates and some for high impact running and weight training! I have DD's and with these sports bras they dont move an inch!

  • My knees are shot an I'm only 23, just take it easy on squats and lunges. Rather then using perfect form and doing squats like they do on the video just go as far as your knees will let you. its best to do the dvd 5-6 days a week with at least 1 day a week off.

  • I always get my workout clothes from Victorias Secret, when they have their sales their yoga pants arent too expensive and tank tops or shirts are always 3 for $30 or something around there. They are super comfy too alot of times I wear them as pjs!
