  • I personally think it is individual for everyone. I started to eat more and lost more and faster than before and I was eating 1650 roughly so I wasn't starving myself by any means. Calories is one of those things that people need to experiment with and find their perfect calorie intake match

  • When I hit my plateua I upped my calories to roughly 2200, I was at 1650. I started loosing the following week (I only weigh in once a week).
