You would feel hungry really quickly - you will be much more successful using your calories on food that will leave you satisfied - why not split the bad into four and have a sweet treat everyday as part of a meal?

I honestly haven't tried fat burners - but my GP wants to prescribe me some along with the Alli drug. Well I'm 30 - currently 316.5lbs (22st 8.5lbs), I started two weeks ago at 323lbs (23st) - my goal weight is 150lbs meaning I have 166.5lbs to lose - which is a LOT!!
