OMG! when I joined this challenge, my weight was 200 now it is 192.6 my goal for this challenge was to reach 192. I am hoppin to lose 2 lb next week goal by end of this challenge: 190! i can do it! thx for the motivation!

starting weight 200 weekly goal: lose one to 2 lbs strategy: work out 5 days a week, stay under my cals goals. drink my water, stay motivated do 10 push ups ( I cant do pushups!) goal after challenge: 192 lbs we can do this!

hahaha. honest to got, my patient family member brought me warm homemade cookies. a WHOLE ziplock bag of it! I took a bite for respect and took the rest in the breakroom. I am also an RN in icu. it is not easy to say kno( the scale wasnt happy w me either this week .lol! kady
