i kno exactly what u mean! as I seat here , i was thinkin the same thing. than I taught ,i worked out 2 hrs. i WILL NOT MESS IT UP! I settle for some hot tea, spenda and a toast( well deserve toast. my carbs were only 121 g today. which is great! WE CAN ALL DO THIS!
