Memyselfandi59 my calories allowance was similar, with 1/2 -1 lb loss a week.
It's not a lot but I'm ok with smaller sustainable loss , however the calorie limit is quite hard to incorporate even fruit as a snack I feel.
I changed mine yester and I'm going to allow myself 1400 / day, see how it goes.

I TRY TO WEIGH ON THE 1ST AND LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH ALSO. I HAVE MADE THE GOAL OF LOSING A LITTLE MORE IN SEPT AND OCT AND KEEPING IT A LITTLE LESS THROUGH THE NOV AND DEC HOLIDAYS (AND BAKING SEASON.) I THINK THAT 15 POUNDS OVERALL IS A MORE REALISTIC GOAL FOR ME ESPECIALLY SINCE I LIVE IN A VERY SNOWY AND ICY AREA AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND EXERCISE ARE DIFFICULT AFTER OCTOBER 1ST. Jan 01….. 190.0….. (Trend Weight: 191.5)….. . On December 31, 2020 my weight was at 207.0. I am down 15.4 pounds this year and for that I am grateful. I plan on working even harder in 2022. Happy New Year everyone!
Jan 06….. 194.0….. (Trend Weight: 191.8)….. I am spiraling out of control very quickly and I’m quite sure it is not water weight. I have been trapped in my livingroom for 8 days with a full floor (except livingroom) flooring reno on main floor. No exercise or movement. No stove or fridge etc. Just grabbing food and choosing as best I can but mainly no calorie burn. I’ve got to turn this ship around! Flooring specialists will be back today. I am hoping that a good portion will finally be completed!
Jan 13….. 192.8….. (Trend Weight: 192.3)….. Better than last week but I’m rocking back and forth in the same 1.5 pounds so that tells me that I need more changes and they need to stick. Watching these stack of numbers also helps see the trends. I am grateful for this challenge.
Jan 20….. 192.6….. (Trend Weight: 193.0)….. Up & Down all week but ending with a smidgen of a loss on actual weight and a substantial increase in my trend weight. The Universe has a lack of faith in my it seems. I’ll prove it wrong!

Mind if I ask how many calories you are eating per day and at what rate you want to lose weight? Also, how often do you exercise and do you eat your exercise calories? Just trying to get a handle on this as it’s not working very well for me - I feel hungry a lot at only 1280 calories per day.

Jan 6: 141.0 (trend 143.5) Already dropped 5.4lbs so definitely was carrying a lot of water and waste! I've been eating very lightly and drinking lots of green tea but haven't been very active so need to work on that

Jan 27….. 196.8….. (Trend Weight: 194.0)….. A 2 ½ pound jump overnight after some travel. But it has been a bad week overall. These renovations are keeping me trapped in a small space and my meals have been too many take-outs and quick grabs. No exercise space, not enough creative movement. And my water has been horrible. At least I can fix the water part and the food choices a bit better. But the movement is stymied.
