    Hi and Happy New Year!

    My name is Susan. I would like to join in this challenge. I am 68 years old and would like to lose about 10lbs to reach my goal of 145. My short term goal to hit 150 by March 15th as I am going to ARUBA!!!

    I couldn't find the link to the Sept-Dec challenge to post my last weight so I'll post it here instead.

    For most of the last challenge I was doing really well and by mid December I had lost 20lbs and had made it into a healthy weight range, then Christmas happened! I have gained about 7.5lbs in the last couple of weeks from my lowest, a lot of it is probably water weight from Christmas food but definitely not all of it!

    Needing to get my focus and accountability back before I backslide any further... here we go!

    December 30: 146.4 (trend 143.6)Yikes, this is 7lbs up from 2 weeks ago

    Jan 6: 141.0 (trend 143.5) Already dropped 5.4lbs so definitely was carrying a lot of water and waste! I've been eating very lightly and drinking lots of green tea but haven't been very active so need to work on that

    Would love to join! My starting weight is 162.6 and I would like to lose 15lb between now and March.

    I am 62 years old and would like to lose about 20 lbs to reach my goal of 140. My short term goal to hit 150 by my birthday at the end of March (I’m being realistic for myself). I want to be at my goal of 140 by June.

    I wasn’t sure how to go into my original post to enter the new weight for today, so I copied it into this one. Can anyone tell me?

    @Memyselfandi59 great loss! also you just find your original post and you can copy and paste it into a new comment. I save mine in sticky notes on my phone so I don't need to find it on here.

    I would like to join. Lost 60 pounds in 2019, gained 20 through Covid. Lost 14 since August 2021. I’m 56, 5’8”. GW is 145 for this Spring/Summer.

    awww @PatDMuddle you're most welcome.
    I know the feeling. I've been to the bakery this morning and brought my husband two things and nothing for myself. I had already had breakfast. Even when my friend said if I wanted anything to eat I said no thank you. But we're going out for a meal Wednesday as a friend/neighbour is moving away. But I'll stick to a chicken salad 🥗 😊
