I sit behind a desk too, I have found if I snack alittle throughout the day, rice cakes, pretzels, yougart, it helps me get through the day, and it isn's so rough on the calorie count.

Once a week for me too, dont want to be a slave to the scale.

:smile: Hang in there !!! I know exactly what you are going through. Next time try having some raspberry yougart in the house, tastes just as good, but you get alittle more bang for the buck.
