Hi everyone I'm from Wyncote, PA, I love running and I first started working out with the 30 day Shred last year, I'm currently on R30, this is my second week and I lost 4 pounds so far. I'm planning to lose more 10 pounds for my wedding next spring. SW:139 CW:135 GW: 125

My plans are to R30 6x a week +cardio (elliptical, running or walking) 1 day rest.

I didn't measure myself, but I started the with the DVD program with 139 pounds, this is the end of my second week and I already lost 4 pounds. Two more weeks to go.
