  • Occupation: "Other" - Admin for General Manager, in-house IT, Releasing, Event Coordinator, Trainer, anything else you can throw in there! Dream Job: Graphic Designer/Web Designer/Game Designer (have the GD degree, just haven't found the job - and I need some more schooling)
  • Aiming for 160-170, I've been @ that weight before and I was happy there. But with all the lifting, I'm not sure that's going to be accurate. I've already slimmed down a lot, but haven't lost a HUGE amount of weight. I'm pretty much F the scale, go by how I feel right now. But I would like to see the numbers go down :)
  • Just applied for a code too. Can't believe I didn't know this was out there :)
  • Haha I can understand that. I'm only in week 2 of Phase 3 and I'm feeling it. I'm sorta looking forward to circuits though. Just to change things up.

  • Definitely this, how many times do you have to say it! LOL Mines more directed towards co-workers though. I can only "dumb" things down but so much. Being super busy and people expecting me to do them favors or fix mistakes for them (they caused).
  • I hope you really enjoy it. There's a group here on MFP for LIveFit as well as on BB.COM and FB :) Lots of resources. Ask any questions that you have! :) And like Mayra said lift as heavy as you can for the # of reps required in the first phase. I wish I had! LOL
  • I think you could still do it at an advanced level (maybe take out Phase 1), but just know that you have to push yourself. Either way you are still going to see the gains and lose the fat. GIve it a try, what's the worst that could happen you don't like it and you have to find something else. It's still a great workout.
  • I did it's above yours!
  • I'm currently at the end of Phase 2. Don't underestimate the beginning of the program. I laughed a little when I saw it too and yes the workouts are short, but in no time you are up to 1-1.5 hrs of tough exercise. The beginning is just to get you into it. To gauge what your limits are. I know on Facebook there is a group…
  • I lol'd pretty hard. It's not like they push one button at a time either ... they just mash them all at once! Dang kids!
  • Always have 1 or 2 going at the same time. Just depends on what friends want to play. Right now, when I have nothing else to do I've been playing COD.
  • Pretty sure it was Halo 2 - pulled many all nighters with that game. WOW also logged a lot of all-nighters. Having friends in all different time zones makes for interesting gaming habits. I don't do it so much anymore. Longest I've played lately is probably 4 hrs. LOL
  • Hot chocolate is a great one. So are protein shakes.. I typically try to have a banana & protein shake right after gym (5:30-6p), that holds me over til I'm done making dinner and I can eat my dinner later. I don't really buy into the whole don't eat after 8pm thing. If you aren't eating when you are hungry that means…
  • Just get a good protein powder and multi (maybe some fish oil down the line) and you should be good. Your diet should have the majority of the nutrients you need. I like the myofusion because I know that I can just throw some water in it, a couple shakes and it's good to go. Taste is primo! Your best bet is to throw some…
  • Try some protein and a banana after your workout, that usually helps. Definitely make sure you are getting enough protein and water. Best to get it from food but if you need the extra protein boost whey protein in the way to go. Gaspari Myofusion and Optimum Nutrition both make great powders (myofusion having a thicker…
  • I'm not using that. For me: Protein: Myofusion (mixes easily, nice thick flavor) or 100% Optimum Nutrition Whey (lighter flavor few less cals) Multi: GNC Energy & Metabolism Women's (changing to Opti-women when I'm done). I don't use any of the others right now. Protein is all based on personal preference. If you don't…
  • Getting out of your chair using just your legs, that's always a fun one :) I constantly move my legs, I don't really sit around anyone else though so nobody notices. LOL
  • Turkey Muffins, Meatloaf, Chicken :) Jamie has a lot of good recipes.
  • Myofusion! Chocolate PB is great and the Vanilla is good as well (but it has a butterscotch kinda taste). I've heard their banana and strawberry are also good. Mixes wonderful with just water, fairly thick. Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey is also good, but a lot thinner. The flavor just wasn't there for me so I switched. It…
  • Just finishing up week 7 today, starting week 8 on Sunday! :) I should be able to finish by the time the transformation contest starts so I can restart the program in Jan :) I really love everything. The food isn't as bad as it looks when you first see it. And you get used to what you can and can't eat, it becomes second…
  • Chocolate and the gym, but I think that's a good vice. I feel so weird when I don't get to go. NEver thought I would be THAT person.
  • Not always being myself for fear that someone might not like it. Eh that still happens sometimes. But it's getting better!
  • I used to LOVE DDR. Now I don't have anyone to play with so I don't do it anymore, but it's a great workout! :)
  • You'll have to let me know how that RAM works out for you. I was looking at it as an upgrade to my current. :) Looks like a great set-up, I always end up losing sleep to fix computer stuff ;) I need to work on my cable routing a little. But I'll do that when I get some new fans.
  • It's really good with white chocolate too. We made some last year. :) Craisins, pistachios and white chocolate.
  • i usually have some kinda of protein (chicken, pork or lean beef), frozen edamame/vegetable and some sweet pottaoes or rice. works really well for me and I can prep it before hand. Just grab and go to work.
  • Good job on the 10lbs so far! :) That's where I am at right now too. I've got another 50 to go or so. Feel free to add me. I love motivating and being motivated. I'm around all the time. Working out like crazy and trying to eat as clean as I can. :) Good luck either way!
  • New rigs are always fun!! I was really excited when I built mine 6 months ago. It rocks! Have fun with it!
  • I have a new found love for Asics, by far the most comfortable running shoes I've worn. Have no clue about those nikes.
