Sounds great. @Tech - you can put recipes into MFP - Food --> recipes and then add the ingredients and how many servings it is and they'll tell you what the breakdown is :)

You can use it as a pie filling as well. I used to do that a loooong time ago. Haven't found a low cal pie crust recipe yet, but it would make a great pie, put a little extra cool whip on top :) Good post OP!

Tripped me out some too, but I've gotten more used to it. I still have trouble on my workout days though, eating more calories just has me REALLY full! But I know it's for the best! Hard to wrap your head around though esp when most diets tell you to eat at such a large deficit.

The scale is just torture. I gave it up a long time ago and have felt better since. It's so much easier to judge how you are doing by how you feel and how your clothes fit. The scale coudl say you're at the same weight, but when your jeans are falling off you know you are doing something right.

Like Into said, tostadas are a good choice. Ask for all the "toppings" on the side and it's not too bad. You can always get fajitas and not eat the tortillas or just have one and eat the rest of the veggies/meat. If they have whole beans stick to those instead of refried and stay away from the rice LOL

I love that feeling. I was going 6x's a week before that on a different program, then took a week off and think I am almost went crazy towards the end. Got back to gym on Monday and was so relieved. Forgot how much I like to lift weights. Plus I sleep a lot better now. Who'd have known!
