Well done Jodie! That is a fantastic result! I have lost 3lbs but I have had a miserable week. My GP thought I might have appendicitis so I had to go to the ER and see a surgeon. Yay! Well done! Sadly, I have stayed the same. At least I haven't gained! I am now on day 3 of the 30DS. I am working up the muscle-capacity to get through another round of squats!

Holy smokes! I just started the 30 Day Shred and it is a killer workout! My weights haven't arrived yet so I had to use cans of beans but I can still feel it. I had a bad-ish weekend. Hi All! I have had a challenging week socializing with customers nearly everyday and trying like mad not to go too overboard. I did manage to lose1lb despite eating and drinking out nightly.
